Karen was on hand to welcome back the 11th Light Brigade when they visited the House of Commons on Monday. They had finished a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

“It was a very moving time “ said Karen. “We owe these soldiers a great debt as they continue to protect the people of Afghanistan under very difficult circumstances. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting many soldiers and talking to them about their experiences.”
